Cards were designed by Joy in the Journey with gifts inside including a $50 gas card, $10 Starbucks card, Joy magnet, stickers, Neh. 8:10 bookmark and a sensory calming sticker.  They are designed to be small so the clinic can keep many of them easily.  They are to be given to trach/vent families as priority, and then whoever else they feel needs extra help.  The clinic will reach out when they get low and need more.

The Complex Care team at CHP was Abby Joy’s front line team to help coordinate services around the hospital.  They work with the most complex children in the hospital and do an incredible job of helping families keep their children home as much as possible.
